What We Collect
We collect and store:
- Chat messages and brief content submitted by users and their clients
- Uploaded files, links, and brand documentation
- Agency account details (name, email, team info)
- Metadata for session and usage activity (non-identifying unless otherwise stated)
How We Use It
We use your data to:
- Generate and summarise creative briefs
- Maintain chat transcripts and reference history
- Improve the usability and reliability of Megabrief within your account
We do not:
- Use your data to train any AI models
- Sell or share your data with third parties for marketing
- Use your client conversations for any other purpose beyond delivering the service
Context Handling
To improve the relevance and accuracy of responses, Megabrief may include context such as prior chat history or uploaded brand documentation when sending prompts to OpenAIs API.
This information is temporarily used in each prompt but is not stored by OpenAI, not used to train their models, and never shared externally.
Where We Store It
All data is stored in Supabase, a GDPR-compliant platform hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure,including servers in the UK and EU (e.g. London and Frankfurt).
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request correction or deletion
- Export your data
- Object to processing
